Kuku recipe of seven food divisions of Tabriz in Iran

INGREDIENTS :
- Chopped green beans = 2 cups
- Chopped potatoes = 3 pcs
- Large and chopped onion = 1 pcs
- Chopped carrots = 1 pcs
- Minced meat or chicken breast = 150 grams
- Mushrooms = 250 grams
- Large bell pepper = 1 pcs
- Eggs = 3 pcs
- Spice (rosemary powder or cumin powder) = 1 teaspoon
- Turmeric = 1 teaspoon
INSTRUCTION :
First, we grind all the ingredients finely. The beauty of this cocoa is that it crushes its ingredients evenly.
Then we fry the chopped potatoes. Then we fry the onion until it sees only heat and it becomes light. We also fry the meat a little.
Roast the mushrooms separately to get the juice. Boil any of them and then fry them in a little oil. Combine all the ingredients and add salt and spices. Break the eggs in another bowl and chop them a little with a fork. Add cocoa ingredients.
Finally, raw bell peppers are added to the ingredients. In the last stage, the oil is poured into the pan. After heating, pour the ingredients into a pan and fry on a low flame.
