INGREDIENTS :

  • Onion = 2 pieces
  • Chicken = 3 pieces
  • Dill = 250 grams
  • Vegetables (including fresh and sauteed coriander and parsley) = 2 soupspons
  • Eggs = 3 pieces
  • Dried plums = 100 grams
  • Oil = the amount needed
  • Salt and pepper and turmeric = the amount needed

INSTRUCTION :

First, chop some onions and fry them in hot oil with chicken.

When the onion is golden, pour the chopped vegetables in a pan and fry with the ingredients.

Once the vegetables are completely soft, beat the eggs in a bowl until the whites and yolks are mixed together and colored.

Then pour the eggs over the frying ingredients and when the eggs are slightly closed, pour the washed dried plums into the mixture and fry with the rest of the ingredients.

After five minutes, pour the ingredients with two glasses of boiling water in a pot and when the chicken is cooked, add salt, pepper and turmeric to the food.
