Regarding the difference in the aroma and taste of thyme, a dervish said: The taste and color of thyme are different in different regions, and thyme that grows in cold mountainous areas has a better taste and higher quality than other thyme.
The director of Jihad Keshavarzi Zir Kooh stated: Thyme is a plant from the genus Mint and the parts used, ie its flowering branches, are used for medicinal and medical purposes, and the growth of this plant in the pastures of the city is by car.
