30,000 tons of dates are harvested annually in Reagan

Musa Jalali, on the sidelines of a training workshop on feeding the city’s date palm and citrus orchards, said: More than 30,000 tons of dates are harvested annually from Reagan County’s date palm orchards.
In order to properly nourish the palm and citrus orchards and make good use of them, a workshop was held in the city, and these workshops will continue in the city, said Reagan, director of the Agricultural Jihad.
He stated: This training workshop on nourishing date palm orchards was held in Reagan city with the participation of more than 70 Reagan farmers with the help of the East Kerman Province Date Association.
In these workshops, companies that produce chemical fertilizers are promoting their products and implementing them in the region, said Reagan, director of Jihad Agriculture.
