The head of Mazandaran Agricultural Jihad Organization said: 42% of Iran’s rice is produced in Mazandaran.
Reza Azimi in the meeting of the Cultural Council of the Agricultural Jihad Organization of the province, which was held in the meeting hall of the Agricultural Jihad, stated: Mazandaran Agricultural Jihad is a small Ministry of Agricultural Jihad that all activities in the form of the Ministry of Agricultural Jihad have extensive activities in the province.
He continued: Mazandaran has an area of ??24 thousand and 400 kilometers, of which 19% is allocated to agricultural lands.
The head of Mazandaran Agricultural Jihad Organization, stating that Mazandaran has the first rank in many strategic products, including rice, said: 42% of the country’s rice is produced in Mazandaran.
Azimi pointed out: Mazandaran has 137 organizations in the agricultural sector, which if this sector is given importance, the major agricultural problems in the province will be solved.
He pointed out that there are 611 farmers in the agricultural sector in the province, adding: The work and efforts and activities that exist in the field of agriculture in Mazandaran is very difficult and requires round-the-clock efforts.
The head of Mazandaran Agricultural Jihad Organization reminded: the conference to support organizations in the agricultural sector has been held by the Agricultural Jihad Organization of the province and has brought good results.
Azimi added: Agricultural Jihad centers are at the top of the arrow of agricultural activities and are at the top of executive plans, and by empowering in this area, we can achieve an acceptable result.
He continued: Agricultural Jihad has sacrificed the most martyrs to the Islamic Republic and there are more than 400 veterans in the Agricultural Jihad Organization of the province whose role in this organization has been seen as insignificant and their problems should be followed up and their problems should be solved. Make everyone the top priority.
