85% tableau carpet is woven in Sardrood Iran
Hamid Kargar added: “The establishment of more than 18,000 tableau weavers in this city shows the objectivity of the order of the wise leader of the revolution in line with the year of action and resistance economy.
He continued: the texture of tableau carpet in Sardrood has revived 23 jobs and side professions and has caused the unemployment rate in this region to reach zero.
Kargar further pointed out the importance of producing export-oriented goods in short-term and long-term plans of production units and stated: Artists, weavers and carpet and handicraft traders should prioritize the export approach in their products.
Kargar pointed out in the end: “Before this, Sardrood was able to register the tableau of Iranian hand-woven carpets and the national geography of tableau carpets in 1991 and 1993, respectively.
The ceremony of holding the national tableau of Sardrood hand-woven tableau and unveiling the memorial plaque was held in the presence of the head of the National Carpet Marker of Iran, the deputy speaker of the Islamic Consultative Assembly, a group of dignitaries and artists in the field of carpets and handicrafts.
