97% reduction in caviar production in Golestan
The representative of the people of Aliabad in the parliament said: in the year 51, we had more than 120 tons of caviar production, and now this amount has been reduced to 3.6 tons per year, which must be rooted out.

He added: We must see that the view of Golestan Fisheries is towards maintaining the current situation or the future, and according to this matter, we should make plans for fisheries in different sections.
Gharakhani said: Different tribes are working in the province with empathy and harmony, and this province is considered as a collection of all the treasures of the country in terms of divine resources.
He announced: in the field of vegetation, agriculture and fisheries, the potential capacities of the province can be used, as so far, great steps have been taken in the field of hydrothermal fish, cold water and shrimp farming.
Gharakhani pointed out: Apart from all these capacities, the mainstay of the world’s aquatic exports is caviar in the international arena, and considering the capabilities of Golestan, the province’s fisheries can be introduced as a pilot study of the country.
