Kashan’s honorees bring honor to Iran, their city and their country, not only nationally but also internationally.
Abbas Akbari is a prominent potter from Kashan and a member of the faculty of Kashan University who has created various works and his latest work has been entitled “Let’s say a bowl of green tea”.
This magnificent work is a conceptual approach to the use of metal-glazed glazes in line with green tea containers, which are skillfully introduced to the viewers in this work.
The special metallic green color in this dish is an allusion to green tea, the vacancy of which takes on a visual function with this color. And it is as if he has produced with Mohammad Parvizi the title of the fairy dishes that are not emptied.
Maxbell Symposiums was one of the ninth ceramic symposia in Turkey to be held in collaboration with South Korea, and Abbas Akbari participated in the non-competition section in 2014 and participated in the workshop.
This professor of Kashan University was added to this symposium this year with the presence of international artists and judges of the competition section and won an honorary award.
