Exhibition of production of handicraft artists in Shahroud

The head of the Cultural Heritage, Tourism and Handicrafts Department of Shahroud announced the establishment of an exhibition of the products of the artists of handicrafts in this city.
Hamidreza Hassani announced this news on June 16, 2020 and added:
This exhibition was held today in honor of Handicrafts Week and introducing more and more handicraft products with a capacity of 10 booths and with the participation of Shahroud Municipality in Shahroud Altar Martyrs Park.
The head of the Cultural Heritage, Tourism and Handicrafts Department of Shahroud, pointing out that more than 2,000 artists in 42 fields of handicrafts in Shahroud are engaged in the production of various handicrafts, said: pottery, ceramics, felt, traditional handicrafts, leather embroidery, Kilim, jajim, mosaic, inlay, porcelain knot and engraving are among the active handicrafts in this city.
June 9 is World Handicrafts Day. From the 20th to the 27th of Khordad, it is also celebrated in Iran as the week of handicrafts.
