The Director General of Cultural Heritage, Handicrafts and Tourism of Isfahan Province, stating that we intend to introduce the handicrafts of the province in the international arena, said: to revive and prosper handicrafts, we must work beyond the cells and markets.

Fereydoun Al-Hayari in the conference of name and brand in handicrafts in Isfahan province, stating that handicrafts of Isfahan province have a special place in the country, said: Isfahan has a prominent place in Iran and the world and is known as the capital of handicrafts of Iran and the world. Serious planning should be done for the export of handicrafts and branding can be one of the suitable platforms to advance this plan.

He added: History has shown that handicrafts were the first efforts of human civilization, which has reached excellence in terms of form, shape, content and symbol.

The director general of cultural heritage, handicrafts and tourism of Isfahan province continued: out of 366 handicrafts in Iran, about two thirds of them, ie 196 handicrafts, are located in Isfahan province.

Al-Hayari pointed out: Today, according to the experiences of decision-makers and planners, the country’s handicrafts have reached the conclusion that the three axes of cultural heritage, handicrafts and tourism should be development-oriented, so the great capacities in the country should be used in these three areas.

He continued: The task of the Cultural Heritage, Handicrafts and Tourism Organization is to support these areas and sectors and to expand communication and interaction. Also, better and more precise horizons and plans should be created according to the capacities and prospects of the country.

The Director General of Cultural Heritage, Handicrafts and Tourism of Isfahan Province, emphasizing that the management and planning of handicrafts should be entrusted to veterans and activists in this field, stated: One of the activities of the Cultural Heritage Organization Handicrafts activists and academics.

Al-Hayari pointed out: With a serious synergy, the right way and plan for the handicrafts sector must be explained, and the success of this sector depends on the use of the enormous intellectual capacities of this field.
