The governor of Tuyserkan announced the revival of the art of pottery in Farsfaj this year.

Habib Momivand stated: Farsfaj city has been an active city in the field of pottery and ceramics production in the past decades, but unfortunately in recent years it had reached zero, which fortunately since the beginning of 2016, pottery has been revived and we hope this art will be active again in this region.
He said: 23% of the province’s handicrafts are active in Tuyserkan city, which often focuses on small units and home handicrafts.

Momivand said that the development of small industrial units and handicrafts and home is one of the main programs of the city, adding: tailoring, production of bags and food products are among these products.

He pointed to the tourism potential of Tuyserkan and specified: this city with more than 220 historical monuments as well as favorable climate and climate has the field of attracting tourism.

Momivand informed about the provision of tourism infrastructure in this city and said: the construction of 4 lanes of Tuyserkan-Jokar and Tuyserkan-Kangavar routes is underway and some of these routes have been put into operation so far.

He pointed out: The construction of 2 hotels with a capacity of more than 50 beds in this city is also considered as another existing infrastructure for tourism development.

The governor of Tuyserkan announced the full readiness of this city to welcome and host Nowruz travelers and specified: During the past years, the attraction of tourists during Nowruz in this city had more than tripled, and we hope this trend will continue this year.
