Recipe for Gilan Matjanjan stew in Iran

ingredients :
- Chicken breast or chicken thigh = 3 pieces
- Ground walnuts = 5 soupspoons
- Gheysi Apricot = 10 pcs
- Seedless raisins = 1/2 cup
- Wild plums = 10 pcs
- Bukhara plum = 10 pcs
- Hot onion = 3 soupspoons
- Oil = 3 soupspoons
- Salt and pepper = the amount needed
Instruction :
Put a suitable pot on the heat. Pour a little oil in it and wait for it to heat up. Now fry the chicken in it until golden.
Now add the hot onion with the ground walnuts and fry the ingredients together a little. After 1 to 2 minutes, add some water to cover the ingredients.
Pre-soak the raisins and put them in a basket to remove excess water. Pre-soak the plums and put them in a basket to dry. Now add raisins and plums to the stew.
When the stew starts to boil, add a pinch of salt and some pepper. Turn down the heat, place in a saucepan and wait for the stew to soak in the oil.
