Instruction :

First, clean and wash the vegetables and chop them. Melt 1 glass of pinto beans from the night before. Melt 1 glass of rice from the night before

In the second step, pour the eaten vegetables in the pot. Pour the beans and rice in the strainer and pour into the pot.

Now pour 16 glasses of water into the pot and put it on the gas flame. The flame should not be too high or too low. Be careful not to let it go.

It should be left for at least 2 and a half hours until it thickens and the beans and rice are glazed.

Now it is the turn of plum paste. Add 1 tablespoon of plum paste to leek juice. Most plum paste is salted. After adding plum paste, we taste leek juice, now we can add the required amount of salt, pepper, turmeric.

Peel and grate the garlic. Pour oil in a frying pan and fry the garlic. After frying, add the eggs and mix until well mixed.

We reach the last step. Add the hot onion to the leek juice and mix well. 10 minutes later, we turn off under the flame. Our local Gilani leek water is ready.
