Instruction :

To make sour wash stew, you must first peel the eggplants, soak them in salt water for about 30 minutes or sprinkle salt on them to remove their bitterness. After half an hour, wash the eggplants and fry them after drying.

Pour the chicken breast into a pan and fry with pepper and turmeric. Grate or mash the garlic and fry in a separate pan. Saute the vegetables and add them to the garlic in the pan and fry well.

After a few minutes, add the flavored chicken breast to the vegetables and mix well. Dilute the plum paste with a little water and pour over the ingredients.

Now pour 2-3 glasses of water on these ingredients and let it boil with a gentle heat and the stew will fit. After about half an hour, add the fried eggplants and the broth or orange juice. Cut the tomatoes into rings and fry them in a separate pan.

When the stew is set, pour it into a suitable dish and place the fried tomatoes on it and serve the sour wash stew with plain rice.
