  • Ginger = 1 teaspoon
  • Apple cider vinegar = 1 glass
  • Sugar = 2 teaspoons
  • Salt = the amount needed
  • Pepper = 1 teaspoon

INSTRUCTION :

First,Wash the loquats well and divide them into two halves and take out the kernels. In a pan, heat a little butter or oil and chop (or grate) the onion and fry it in it, and after half Add frying cumin, curry powder and mustard seeds and fry a little

When the aroma of the spices is reached, chop the garlic and add it with the chopped loquats, put the lid on the pan and cook a quarter of the ingredients with a very gentle heat.

Then add 2 glasses of boiling water along with vinegar, sugar, salt and pepper and mix and let the stew boil gently for half an hour to 45 minutes and fall into the oil, then serve with rice.
