- Onions = 3 pieces
- Meat = 300 grams
- Vegetables (including fresh mint and parsley) = 300 grams
- Green plums = 500 grams

INSTRUCTION :
First, divide 2 onions into four parts and fry them with some oil, and then wash the meat, chop it into stews and add it.
Roast the meat a little to change its color and then add some turmeric and fry and let the meat cook with some water and leaves (pour a lot of water).
Add a little salt to the green plums, either straight or halved. Chop the parsley and mint, chop the remaining onion and fry in oil, then add the vegetables and fry a little.
Separate the cooked meat from the extra ingredients and add it to the vegetables. Strain the rest of the meat juice and add it to the ingredients. If the water is low, add a little boiling water and add the spices to the ingredients.
With 30 minutes left, add the broth, lemon zest and green plums and let the stew settle.
