Recipe for Gilan Ghaliyeh Garlic Stew in Iran

INGREDIENTS :
- Chicken = 500 grams
- Split pea = 1 cup
- Salt and pepper = as needed
- Oil = as needed
- Garlic leaves (fresh and chopped) = 300 grams

- Turmeric = 1 teaspoon
- Eggs = 3 pieces
INSTRUCTION :
Whether we add the chicken in pieces or whole into the boiling pot, in order to get the smell of chicken broth, we add an onion or garlic to it. Cover and add a little turmeric, pepper and salt and let the chicken cook.
Pre-soak the split pea and cook it in a separate dish and add it to the cooking chicken. Half an hour after cooking the chicken, add half a cup of verjuice.
While the chicken is cooking, wash the garlic leaves and chop them finely in a pan that has been put on the heat and add a little oil and fry and add turmeric and pepper and mix well until the garlic is soft.
Mix the eggs in a bowl and mix well and add to the garlic leaves and stir until the garlic leaves are eaten. When the chicken is cooked, the amount of chicken juice should be low. Now add the garlic and eggs to the cooking chicken and Let the chickens cook with garlic completely.
This stew is very tasty and low in water, served with rice.
