- Minced meat = 300 grams

- split peas = 3 tablespoons
- Potatoes (small) = 3 pcs
- Salt and pepper = the amount needed
- Cinnamon = the amount needed

INSTRUCTION :
First, wash the split peas and cook with some water, salt and oil. When the split peas are well cooked, set aside the water and mash the split peas well. Grate the onions and add the extra water.
Then mix the meat, split peas, onion, eggs, salt and pepper and knead well.
Heat a frying pan and pour oil in it. Peel a squash, grate it and squeeze the juice. Fry it in a small circle and fry.
In a small saucepan, fry the tomato paste with a little oil, then add the split peas juice, verjuice, salt, pepper, a little cinnamon and turmeric.
If it is thick, add a little water. When the sauce is well boiled, put the fried lentils in it and let the meat cook.
It is usually enough for about half an hour. Peel the potatoes and cut them into rings and fry them in oil and use them to decorate food.
Other points
If the sour cream was too loose and did not form on your hands, you can use a tablespoon of chickpea flour.
If you wish, use lemon juice or orange juice instead of verjuice.
