- Spinach = 1 kg
- Salt and turmeric = the amount needed
- Walnuts (chopped) = 1 cup
- Cumin (powdered) = 1 teaspoon

- Potatoes (chopped) = 2 pcs
- Milk = 1.5 liters
- Lentils = 2 cups
INSTRUCTION :
Boil the lentils in a suitable bowl with some water, salt and a little oil until the water evaporates and only a few spoonfuls remain. In a separate bowl, add the spinach, milk and potatoes and increase the heat.
When the milk boils, reduce the heat to low and cook for 45 minutes.
