  • Medium onion = 2 pcs

  • Boiled eggs (for each Kofta) = 1/4 pcs
  • Dates (for each Kofta) = 1/2 pcs
  • Fried onion (for each Kofta) = 1 tablespoon
  • Small meatballs (for each Kofta) = 1 pcs
  • Walnut (for each Kofta) = 1/2 pcs

INSTRUCTION :

First we prepare the ingredients inside the Kofta. Boil the eggs. We fry the onion until golden. We prepare the walnut. We take the date kernel. Kofta is made of fine ingredients.

Wet the chickpeas one by one. Change the water several times. Then we spin twice.

We take the mutton from its fat and grind it again.

Grate the onion and rinse thoroughly. Cook and rotate the split peas completely.

Mix the meat with the onion, then knead. Then add all the ingredients and knead a lot.

If you have a Kofta, it will be very good. When the material is uniform, take the size of a fist and open the palm of your hand, and put the material related to the inside of the Kofta in it and close it. Close it well so that it does not open.

From the same ingredients, take the size of a walnut, stir it and fry it in oil to put it in the kofta.

For the water in which the koftas are cooked. Grate an onion and bring it to a boil with some meat, turmeric, pepper and salt.

Then gently take the Kofta out of the water. Kofta water is tilled like broth before a meal.
