INSTRUCTION :
First, we grind the raw meat and potatoes and onions, and after it is minced, we knead it well so that its stickiness is reduced. After kneading well, spread the ingredients on a flat surface such as a tray or board and slice the tomatoes and spread them on the grill with the sliced potatoes.
