Aush Sumaq Tuyserkan recipe in Hamedan Iran

INGREDIENTS :
- Oatmeal = 2 cups
- Lentils = 1/4 cup
- Red beans = 1/4 cup
- Onion = 1 large pcs
- Garlic = 2 cloves
- Sumac = 150 grams
- Ordinary beet = 2 medium pcs
- Walnuts (chopped) = 1/2 cup
- Liquid oil = 3 tablespoons
- Sugar = 2 to 3 tablespoons
- Salt and turmeric = enough
INSTRUCTION :
First, wash the beans and soak for a few hours.
Then cook the beans with garlic and one and a half liters of water.
After cooking for an hour and a half, fry the chopped onion beans with some turmeric in oil and pour it into the soup, adding walnuts and beets along with it.
Then wash the sumac first with cold water and then pour it into 3 to 5 glasses of hot water and put it on the heat to boil.
After boiling the sumac for 5 minutes, remove it from the heat and strain the water.
Then strain the sugar with water, mix the sumac and pour it on it 10 to 15 minutes before cooking.
