INGREDIENTS :

  • Pumpkin = half number
  • Garlic = 3 cloves
  • Walnut = 150 g
  • Pomegranate paste, tomato paste and sugar = 2 tablespoons each
  • Salt, pepper, turmeric, angelica and spices and water = as needed

INSTRUCTION :

Put a pan on the heat and pour some oil in it to heat. Then fry the garlic in it. Then take the skin of the cooked pumpkin and puree it with a fork and add it to the roasted garlic.

In a saucepan, combine the tomato paste, sugar, pomegranate paste, ground walnuts and some salt, pepper and turmeric and 2 glasses of water and let all the ingredients boil together for 2 hours with a gentle heat.

Then add the roasted garlic and squash with a little angelica and stir well to form a thick mixture.
