Among the traditional foods of Tabriz, there are very delicious foods that taste equal to today’s finger foods. Doymaj is one of the foods that can be a snack, breakfast or snack, its main ingredients are Tabriz bread (or lavash bread), doogh, Tabriz cheese, butter, walnuts and vegetables.

INGREDIENTS :

  • Dry bread = 4 pieces
  • Doogh = a glass
  • Butter = 100 grams
  • Mutton cheese = 200 g
  • Chopped walnuts = as needed

INSTRUCTION :

1- Pour the breads into a large bowl and add the doogh little by little and stir.
2- Chop the cheese and add it to the mixture. Add the butter, water and walnuts and mix thoroughly by hand.
3- Form the material into an oval shape in your hand.
4- Doimaj is excellent for breaking the fast with grapes and vegetables.
