Another Shirazi rice is pacheh rice, which is usually eaten in winter and in the morning. This dish is usually served with bread.

INGREDIENTS :

  • Rice = 1 kg
  • Meat (breast tail) = 2.5 kg
  • split peas = 1.4 kg
  • Raisins = 1.4 kg
  • Vinegar syrup = enough
  • Saffron = as desired

INSTRUCTION :

Mix rice, split peas and raisins in a bowl after cleaning and washing.
Put the meat on the bottom of a pot or pot and pour rice, split peas and raisins on it, add saffron to it.
Place the dish on a lamp with a gentle heat and pour some vinegar on them.
