Ilam rice tomato cooking recipe in Iran
Rice tomato is one of the delicious dishes of Ilam city in Iran and has many fans not only in this region but also among people all over Iran. Tomato is the raw material of this delicious food, which ironically has many properties. Vitamins A and C, folic acid, calcium, phosphorus, sodium and sulfur are just some of the properties of this delicious food. Also, tomatoes relieve boredom and fatigue, strengthen the nervous system and appetite.
INGREDIENTS :
- Tomato = 3 pcs
- Rice = 3 cups
- Onion = 1 pcs
- Water = as needed
- Oil = as needed
- Salt = as needed
INSTRUCTION :
To start, first wash the rice and let it soak for a few hours.
Then, finely chop the onion in oil and fry it completely until it turns golden.
You can chop or grate the tomatoes according to your taste.
After frying the onion, add the tomatoes and let it fry completely until the juice is done.
Next, add salt and turmeric to the food.
Then, pour a little water into the food and let it cook a little.
After an hour, add the rice and wait for the food to brew and be ready.
