Recipe for Ilam rice ribs in Iran

Rice ribs are one of the famous foods of Ilam province in Iran, which has many fans. Rice ribs with local yogurt and vegetables are very tasty and not recommended for those with high blood fats.
INGREDIENTS :
- Sheep ribs = 1 kg
- Hot onion = 3 soupspons
- Rinse rice = 6 cups
- levigated cumin = 2 soupspons
- Cinnamon = 1 soupspons
- Salt, pepper, turmeric and oil = as needed
INSTRUCTION :
Choose a non-stick pan and put it on the heat and pour some oil and turmeric in it to heat. Add some salt and pepper to the ribs and place it on the greasy side of the pot.
Then pour the rinsed rice on the ribs and pour the cumin, cinnamon and hot onion over the rice. Pour half a glass of mixed water and oil next to the rice.
Put it in a saucepan and reduce the heat little by little to cook the ribs for 2 hours and cook the rice completely. Return the prepared rice to the desired dish and enjoy eating the bottom of the rib pot.
tip:
To make this dish, it is better to take the rice alive while rinsing so that it does not crumble.
The preparation time of raw materials and supplies is about 30 minutes and the cooking and waiting time is about 1 hour and 30 minutes.
Rice ribs can be served for lunch, dinner.
