Kermanshah chiffon and kilim weaving were nationally registered

In the second conference on the registration of national works, chime weaving and kilim weaving in Kermanshah were nationally registered.
According to the Office for the Registration of Works, Preservation and Restoration of the Spiritual and Natural Heritage of the Cultural Heritage Organization, 14 cases of Iranian handicrafts received permission to be registered in the National List.
Gilan tent weaving, chimeh weaving and kilim weaving in Kermanshah, traditional harp making skills, armor weaving, pen weaving and Qazvin wave weaving, Baluch needlework, Kalpurgan pottery and Sistan and Baluchestan ornaments, Bushehr robe weaving, silk and silk weaving Weaving) Mazandaran and the traditional skill of turquoise carving and lacquer painting (papier mache) of Isfahan, 14 registered files of handicrafts are registered in the second national conference.
Chigh or Chikh is a mat about 150 cm wide on which different patterns are created by colorful woolen threads.

Glim weaving is also popular as one of the types of home handicrafts in most parts of Kermanshah province.
Glim, in its traditional form, is commonly used to cover floors, walls or bedspreads for pets, but is now also purchased as a modern cover for townhouses. The kilim is woven into rectangles in different sizes.
