The best Iranian handmade carpets for export are selected
The National Carpet Center of Iran will hold a competition to select the best handmade export carpets in the fourth specialized exhibition of Iranian handmade carpets on Kish Island.
According to the public relations of the National Carpet Center of Iran, this competition is held with the aim of developing exports and supporting Iranian exporters of handmade carpets with an approach to global markets.
Due to the variety of handmade carpets in terms of design, color, price, etc. The carpets in this competition will be evaluated in six groups, which are: classic carpets with a price of less than eight million rials per square meter, Classic carpets with a price of more than eight million Rials per square meter, nomadic carpets with a price of less than 400 thousand Rials per square meter, nomadic carpets with a price of more than 400 thousand Rials per square meter, Madran carpets with a price of less than 4 million Rials Rials per square meter and modern carpets with a price of more than four million rials per square meter.
The judging between these carpets will be done by a jury that includes experts and experts in handmade carpets and the selected carpets will be displayed in the form of a special exhibition on the sidelines of the Kish Carpet Exhibition and their producers will be honored in a special ceremony.
