Annual production of 28000 tons of pistachios in Isfahan
The director of horticulture affairs of Isfahan Jihad Agricultural Organization announced the annual production of 20,000 tons of fresh pistachios and 8,000 tons of dried pistachios in Isfahan province.

Reiszadeh stated: Isfahan province has 78,000 hectares of orchards, most of which are dedicated to apples, almonds, pomegranates and pistachios, and the highest level of orchards is located in Semirom.

In the end, referring to the harvest of 25 tons of pistachios in one of the farms under cultivation of this crop in Aran and Bidgol city, he continued: The average harvest of pistachios in each cultivation in this city is about seven tons, which shows the proper management of Aran and Bidgol agricultural jihad. Pistachio farmers are using modern irrigation methods in this area.
Aran and Bidgol cities in the northernmost point of Isfahan province have the first rank of pistachio orchards in the province.
