Beginning of pistachio harvest from the gardens of Rashtkhar city

The director of Jihad Keshavarzi Rashtkhar said: the harvest of green pistachio kernels for fresh consumption has started from the pistachio orchards of Rashtkhar, which is expected to reach its peak in the next 10 days.
Engineer Mohammad Rostami said: the harvest of pistachio green kernel has started from the beginning of this week in Rashtkhar orchards in order to be offered in the market for fresh consumption and will continue until September 26
He added: Fresh pistachio kernels will be offered for use in food industries such as sausages, sausages, as well as sweets and chocolates.
The director of Jihad Keshavarzi of Rashtkhar said: Currently, pistachio harvesting has started from 900 hectares of orchards in Rashtkhar city, and the area under cultivation of this crop is 1420 hectares.
He pointed to the experts’ forecast for the production of this product in Rashtkhar city and said: the amount of pistachio production in Rashtkhar city will reach 1350 tons.
