Harvesting 1120 tons of pistachios from the gardens of Khash city

The director of Khash Agricultural Jihad said: 1120 tons of pistachios will be harvested from the gardens of this city this year.
Three thousand hectares of orchards are pistachios, Bamri added.
He reminded: the amount of pistachio harvest last year was 950 tons, which due to proper fertilization and the use of modern agricultural methods, the amount of pistachio harvest will increase this year.
The director of Khash Agricultural Jihad, stating that this city has the most pistachio orchards in Sistan and Baluchestan, clarified: the harvest of this crop starts from the end of August and continues until the end of September.
Referring to the characteristics of pistachio khash, Bamri expressed his hope that with proper advertising and marketing, pistachio khash will find a special place in domestic and foreign markets.
In the end, he pointed out: With proper planning and training of farmers, we can take steps to introduce and produce better pistachio khash.
