About 12 thousand and 500 hectares of agricultural lands in Hamadan province are under walnut cultivation.
Engineer Nouri, director of horticulture at Jihad Keshavarzi in Hamadan province, added: The annual production of walnuts in Hamadan province is about 20,000 tons. The yield of walnut production per unit area is more than 2785 kg.
