Production of barberry sauce and achieving its optimal formulation
Researchers of Birjand University prepared a plan for the production of barberry sauce and achieved its optimal formulation, and this plan was introduced as one of the selected industrial plans of universities, research institutes and higher education centers in the country.
Researchers at Birjand University prepared a plan to produce barberry sauce and succeeded in achieving its optimal formulation.
The presentation of a completely organic final formulation with the expected results of the relevant evaluation – which was obtained after producing more than 70 samples and performing various evaluations – was one of the measures taken in this project.
Production of barberry sauce industrially and using organic ingredients and flavors has been chosen as one of the special achievements of this project.
According to the General Department of Public Relations of the Ministry of Science, preparing different flavors of this diet sauce will be one of the future plans for the development of the project.
