Properties of barberry leaves

How to use barberry:
Barberry Decoction:
Pour 10-20 grams of barberry root or stem or fruit in a liter of water and bring it to a boil,

The daily dose is three cups between meals.
Barberry tincture:
This tincture can be purchased from herbal stores or some pharmacies. The dose is 10-20 drops three times a day.
Barberry brew:
Pour 40 grams of barberry in a liter of boiling water and leave it for 10 minutes, then mix it with sugar or honey.
It is consumed three cups a day between meals.
