Research has shown that antioxidants in grape skin and grape juice can boost brain capacity and reduce the effects of memory loss.

In this study, the effects of grape juice on a group of 12 patients between 75 and 80 years old who suffered from short-term memory were studied and participants were divided into two groups, one of these groups for 12 weeks of water. Pure 100 grapes were fed and the second group, which was the control group, did not use grape juice.

At the end of this period, the scientists confirmed the memory ability of the two groups and confirmed that the group that drank grape juice showed better results in maintaining spatial memory, so that the memory power of these people was improved by a maximum of 75%.
