Gholami pointed out that 63% of the rice producers in Babol are elderly, and specified: 12% of the rice producers in Babol are people under 40 years old and the rest are middle-aged, considering that 56% of the production cost is due to labor. Humans return and only 9% goes to fertilizers and seeds, a bed must be provided to prevent young people from escaping from agriculture.

The director of Jihad Keshavarzi Babol stated: a measure should be taken to provide one hundred and 65 rice harvesters and 270 seedlings to the applicants of the city so that we can witness a significant growth in this sector.

Referring to the goals of the Agricultural Jihad in Babol, Gholami continued: Leading the youth to agriculture, reducing production costs and increasing income are the three important goals of the Agricultural Jihad, and in this regard, it is necessary to revive the agricultural sector development headquarters.
