Researchers believe that this property of tea is related to the antioxidants found in black tea and green tea. These two teas contain two antioxidants called polyphenols and catechins that fight inflammation.
But researchers believe that green tea is more effective than black tea. So if you like both types of tea, it is better to drink more green tea than black tea.
