Beginning of Damask rose cultivation in Khatam

Khatam, head of carbon sequestration of natural resources and watershed management, explained: The villagers were taught how to package and brand the product by creating rose-making workshops, which is a capacity for rural youth employment and causes reverse migration from the city to the villages.
The head of Marvast agricultural jihad also said: the area of ??cultivation of medicinal plants in Ishar village is 60 hectares, which includes Damask rose, Angozeh, Damask rose, ox-tongue flower and thyme.
Nikseresht continued: Due to the economic efficiency and low water demand of Damask rose, 25 hectares of agricultural lands in Ishar village have been allocated for the cultivation of this plant.
