The person in charge of improving the garden production of Jihad-e-Keshavarzi Khomein announced the extraction of 80,000 liters of rose water from the Damask rose flower gardens of this city this year.

Orouji added: This amount of rose water extracted from about 40 tons of fresh Damask rose has been extracted in the processing workshops of this city and Kashan and sent to the market.
He stated that the average production of Damask rose per hectare is two and a half tons and added: the area of ​​Damask rose flowers in this city is more than 15 hectares.
The person in charge of improving the horticultural production of Jihad-e-Keshavarzi Khomein said: the mountainous and mountainous nature of this city and the somewhat mild weather have created special conditions for growing Damask rose in this region.
Khomein Horticulture Officer added: Shahabieh, Ghorchi Bashi, Lilian and the suburbs are important areas of Damask rose flower gardens, which provided seasonal employment for three people by harvesting Damask rose per hectare.
