Almond porridge is recommended for infants from six months. Almond porridge is a nutritious food with a warm and moist nature, it is easily digested and is suitable for infants and the elderly. Almond porridge is also good for osteoporosis, osteoporosis and bone growth. It is fattening and increases the internal strength of the body.
ingredients :
- Almonds = 4 pieces
- Rice flour = 1 tablespoon jam
- Pasteurized milk = 1 cup
- Liquid oil = 1 teaspoon (preferably olive oil)
- Sugar = 1 teaspoon
- Water = half a cup
Instruction :
Soak the almonds in warm water for 3-4 hours and then peel. Then grate them, so that a completely one-handed powder is obtained.
Pour the milk into a small bowl, preferably glazed, and dissolve the rice flour in it, soften it with the back of a spoon, and place the bowl on a low gas flame.
Then mix the water and sugar with the other ingredients and while stirring regularly, cook for about 20 minutes to form a yogurt-like consistency.
In the last two or three minutes of cooking, mix the olive oil with the other ingredients. Adding oil increases the calories in the food and thus helps the baby grow. Since the oil should not be exposed to high temperatures, it is recommended to add it to food late in cooking.
Like porridge, it is better to cook porridge with water instead of pasteurized milk and add breast milk at the end.
