Anemic people eat grapes and raisins
Professor of the Faculty of Traditional Medicine, University of Tehran, said:
Eating grapes removes waste products in the blood that cause harmful deposits in the body and purifies the blood.
Dr. Gholamreza Kordafshari, stating that grapes have a warmer nature, added:
Grapes are one of the most nutritious fruits and are the best repairers of the body and are very significant in terms of energy production in the body.
Kurdafshari recommended:
Instead of using chemical drugs to eliminate anemia and general weakness of the body,
you can use grape or grape juice and in seasons when there is no grape, grape juice can be used.
He paid special attention to the properties of ripe and dried grapes (raisins) and said:
the best raisins are fat and full of meat, sweet and low in seeds, and the worst raisins are dry, low in flesh and feathers.
The nature of raisins is warm and temperate, it strengthens the nerves and the heart,
and it removes unsuitable and concentrated substances and removes them from the body, said the traditional medicine expert.
This traditional medicine expert believes that daily consumption of a glass of carrot juice
with a little honey is also effective in supplying the blood needed by the body.
