When it comes to job creation and entrepreneurship, not only most people but also most of the managers think that this is achieved through the establishment of heavy industries such as petrochemicals, steel, minerals, etc. by the government.

Khorramshahr city, which produces the most dates in Khuzestan province along with Abadan and Shadegan cities, is one of the parts of the country that is in great need of expanding conversion industries. Khuzestan province has 45,000 hectares of date cultivation area and more than 200,000 tons of dates are harvested annually from the gardens of this province.
Many people in Khuzestan, especially the people of Khorramshahr, make a living from agriculture and date production, but they always face difficulties in selling dates and do not receive the fruits of their suffering as they should.
