Aush Abadan recipe in Iran

INGREDIENTS :
- White peas and beans = 1 cup
- Meat = 250 grams
- Medium onion = 1 pcs
- Lentils = 1 cup
- Rice = 2 cups
- Chopped leeks = 500 g

INSTRUCTION :
First, cook the meat with grated onion and turmeric, then after an hour, add the chickpeas and white beans that we have already soaked for 24 hours to the meat.
When the meat and beans are fully cooked, add the rice, lentils, vegetables and peppers and adjust the gas flame, stirring every few minutes so that it does not settle.
This food must be thoroughly cooked, so that the meat is completely shaved and separated. Garnish the soup with curd, mint and some meat and serve.
