INSTRUCTION :
First, soak the beans in cold water from the night before and change the water several times during it to reduce its bloating and cook it sooner. Also, cook them with a number of onions as mentioned to get the smell of the beans.
Then add apricots, cherries, blueberries and Bukhara plums to the cooked beans to cook.
Grate another onion and mix with minced meat, dried mint, some salt, pepper and turmeric and knead.
From the meat ingredients, make small dumplings and pour them into the cooked beans and fruits to cook with the beans and fruits.
Dissolve the tomato paste in a small amount of warm water and after cooking the beans and other ingredients, pour it into the soup along with the noodles. When the noodles are cooked, pour it into the desired dish and garnish with the prepared hot onion and mint seasonings.
