Aush Kashk recipe in Tabriz Iran

INGREDIENTS :
- Peas = 1/4 cup
- Red beans = 1/4 cup
- Pinto beans = 1/4 cup
- Lentils = 1/4 cup
- Rice = 1/2 cup
- Wheat groats = 1/2 cup
- Chopped vegetables (soup) (parsley, leeks, coriander, spinach) = 1500 g
- White leaf cabbage = 500 grams
- Carrots = 250 grams
- Small potatoes = 250 grams
- Pasteurized curd = 500 g
- Hot onion = 7 tablespoons
- Hot mint = 5 tablespoons
- Liquid oil = 3 tablespoons
- Salt, pepper and turmeric = as needed
INSTRUCTION :
Soak the beans in warm water from the night before. Then cook it with some water and salt.
In a suitable saucepan, cook the rice and oatmeal with water and in the middle of cooking, add the chopped cabbage and carrots and potatoes, and let all the ingredients cook well and the rice glazes. Then add the vegetables.
Heat the oil in a pan and fry some turmeric in it and add salt, pepper and pepper to the soup.
Let the soup boil over a gentle heat and set. Finally add half of the curd. After a few boils, remove the pot from the heat.
Put the soup in a suitable dish and garnish it with curd, onion and hot mint.
