Be sure to drink three tablespoons of rose water during iftar
According to a traditional healer, if fasting people add three tablespoons of rose water to a glass of water they want to drink during iftar, their thirst and thirst will be reduced during the day.
Fasters should include eating some drinks on their agenda to quench their thirst during the holy month of Ramadan.
Ali Mirzazadeh, a specialist in traditional medicine, said: Rose water has medicinal properties due to its anti-soda properties and is useful for strengthening the stomach.
Emphasizing that people should not drink ice water immediately after Iftar, the traditional medicine expert said: Unfortunately, people drink cold water and ice immediately after Iftar, but this method is condemned from the perspective of Iranian traditional medicine.
He continued: An empty stomach is not able to hold and absorb very cold water and immediately enters the intestine.
Mirzazadeh pointed out: It is recommended that people include eating lukewarm milk in their agenda for eating iftar.
