The director of Jihad Keshavarzi of Mehran city announced the beginning of sesame harvest operation in this city.

Aref stated: This year, over 60 hectares of the city’s lands have been allocated for sesame cultivation, and it is expected that 50 tons of sesame will be harvested from this amount under cultivation.

Director of Mehran Agricultural Jihad said: the amount of sesame harvest has increased by 50% compared to last year and the area under cultivation of this product has doubled compared to last year and employment in this field has been ten people.
