Bob Dendun Sweets in Mazandaran Province Iran
Dendun water is a traditional and famous Sweets of Mazandaran province. Known for its crisp name, it was originally named Bob Dendun.
This traditional wedding cake, made in large sizes, was sent to the bride’s family in large trays, along with the bride’s purchases, which they call a trap.
This tradition is still common in some families. Also for Norouz, it is made in small size. This pastry is only slightly different to rice bread.
