Bonab Kebab Recipe in Tabriz Iran
Bonab Kebab or Satouri Kebab is one of the delicious and popular types of Iranian kebabs, which is very similar to traditional Kebab Kobideh. This delicious kebab belongs to the city of Bonab in Azerbaijan and is also known as the Azerbaijani kebab (Tabrizi).
With the amount of ingredients in this recipe, you can prepare Bonab kebab for 4 people. If you want to prepare more or less Bonab kebab, just multiply or divide the amount of ingredients.
INGREDIENTS :
- Butter = 50 grams
- White onion = 3 pcs
- Mutton fillet = 400 grams
- Calf order = 400 grams
- Salt and black pepper = enough
INSTRUCTION :
First, we wash the meats carefully and put them in a strainer so that their water comes out, and then we cut the meats into medium pieces on the kitchen board so that they can easily go inside the wheel. We grind the meats in a meat grinder and Let’s put it aside.
Then we peel and drain the onions and chop them on a garter board. It is important to cut the onions carefully in this kebab model. The bottom should not be finely chopped so that the onion juice comes out because it loosens the yeast and should not be coarsely chopped.
Place the onions with the meat in a large bowl and sprinkle salt and black pepper on them and knead the ingredients well and put cellophane on the bowl and mix the meat and Put the onion in the refrigerator.
Then take the kebab out of the refrigerator and knead it a little and prepare the skewers and remove some of the kebab and stick it on the skewer from top to bottom or shape the kebab on the kitchen board. And we pass the skewer through it.
